You can easily manage consent forms in LightRocket.
Upload a consent form and follow these steps (illustrated in the screenshots below):
- Select the file you wish to identify as a consent form
- In the License section of the File Info Editor toggle to the 'Is consent form' option to 'on'
- Next click Add/Edit linked files
- In the pop-up module click to add (or remove) files and then click 'done'
Note that you can use the advanced search feature to find files that are marked as 'is consent form' or that 'has consent form'.
Files with consent forms associated with them are identified by a paper clip icon in the top left corner of the thumbnail frame:
