- Go to the LightRocket login page. Click “Forgot password?” below the login form.
- Enter the email address associated with your LightRocket account.
- Click “Send reset link.”
- Check your email inbox for the password reset message.
- Click the reset link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once completed, you can log in with your new password.
I didn’t receive the reset email. What should I do?
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- If the issue persists, contact LightRocket support.
What are the password requirements?
Your new password should:
Contain at least 8 characters. Be different from your previous password.
